Agentis Federal is led by Terry Tuttle, who has spent twenty-five years at the intersection of border security, international trade, and emerging technology, most of it inside the problem rather than adjacent to it, advising federal and international agencies on modernization that had to survive real operations and real oversight.

He serves as an Advisory Board Director of the U.S. Border Patrol Foundation, a continuing obligation to the people who work the frontline. It also keeps him current on what field operators actually experience, which is often different from what a program briefing says. And he holds a top-tier federal security clearance, so cleared work does not have to start from zero.

Plenty of firms can build AI. Fewer can tell you whether what was built will survive an inspector general, a change in the Federal Register, or a customs administration that does not share your assumptions. Advanced capability only serves the mission when it arrives with the governance, policy, and legal rigor to make it defensible. That is not a philosophy. It is what twenty-five years of watching good technology fail at adoption actually teaches.
